BY USING THREAD SLINGERS AND / OR PURCHASING DIGITAL GOODS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS, PLEASE LEAVE THE SITE IMMEDIATELY. 

 

1.1 - Thread Slingers and Purchases 

Thread Slingers offers users the option to purchase digital goods and services. All purchases are final. Due to the nature of the "products" offered by Thread Slingers, there are no refunds for completed orders. A completed order includes, but is not limited to, all PayPal transactions.

You, the customer, take full responsibility when sending the payment for your request. In the event PayPal takes out a fee because the customer did not follow the instructions properly, the customer will be held responsible for the remaining balance due & will not receive their patch until it is paid in full. In the event that extra money was paid to Thread Slingers, we will consider it a tip for services rendered. If a refund has to be paid, the customer will only receive the refund of the patches that were paid for & not the extra tip amount.


1.2 - Patches and Downtime 
Thread Slingers may go down at any time, and it may or may not be our fault. In the event of a patch or removal of a Thread Slingers service, a public announcement will be made. Thread Slingers reserves the right to close services at any time without immediate notice for any reason.

 

Thread Slingers is not responsible for emblems that do not format properly online. They are sent to the customer at exactly 512x512 pixels with a transparent background & the watermark removed. Thread Slingers is also not responsible for any patches that do not appear correctly in-game.
 

 

1.3 - Consequences of Modding / Data Loss 
Thread Slingers is not responsible for any negative consequence caused by using the Thread Slingers website/services. Many services utilize'exploits' that may be considered modding. Thread Slingers is not responsible for (but not limited to) resets, bans, data loss, account compromise, database compromise, or other consequences as a result of using a Thread Slingers service.
 

 

1.4 - Copyrighted Material

Please do not ask us to copy or otherwise reproduce copyrighted designs.  If your design is in question we may ask for proof of ownership. It is illegal for designers to make copies of copyrighted designs unless you are the rightful owner of the copyright or have written permission from the rightful owner of the copyrighted image.  Stealing images from the Internet and submitting them to us is 100% Illegal.  You can't just grab any image you find on The Internet and call it your own.  We can however use copyrighted images as a concept only.  In other words we recreate a design similar to the one you submitted to us.  We are required by law to change it by 20% or more.

 

 

1.5 - Purchasing Premade Clubs

Premade Clubs are placed on sale from time to time for those that may not have an exact idea for a Motorcycle Club, but would like to start one. The prices will always be listed for each one available. After a purchase is made, you will be invited to join the Club  you purchased. After you join, the  Club leader will leave & will automatically promote you to crew leader. There will be no edits made to the premade emblem until after the purchase of the Club. We may charge for any edits made to the patch/emblem at our discretion. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR PURCHASED PREMADE CLUBS.

 

1.6 - Changes to the Terms of Service

You agree that you are solely responsible for keeping up-to-date with these terms. While we will do our best to update our users, you are responsible for reading and understanding these terms of sale. If you do not, you are not authorized to use Thread Slingers and should leave immediately.
